Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am.
Deposit requirements: 1 to 3 days rental = 1 night’s deposit; 4 or more days rental = 1/3 deposit required balance due on arrival.
Deposit is refundable if notified 2 weeks prior to arrival date — subject to a 25% processing fee.
Reservations canceled less than 2 weeks before arrival are non-refundable. Deposits are non-transferable.
The customer will be responsible for accuracy of confirmation.
Reservations are guaranteed after receipt of your deposit.
Must be 25 or over to rent.
Misrepresentation voids reservation, and will be subject to forfeiture of amounts pre-paid.
One parking space provided per room.
All children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the pool area.
No pets permitted.
No bikes permitted in rooms, bike racks are provided.
Skateboards, scooters, roller blades, etc. are not permitted to be used on motel grounds.
We are a smoke-free hotel and request that you smoke in designated area.
All rates are subject to New Jersey State Sale & Tourism Tax Credit.
Credit/debit cards are subject to a 3% convenience fee.
Credit card required at check-in to be kept on file for security purposes. A fee will be charged for any damages incurred, items missing or rooms left unusually dirty.
No refunds for early departure or inclement weather.
Rates apply to reservations made before May 1
Confirmed reservations are held til 5 PM on day of arrival unless office is notified.
