About One James Plaza Condominium Association

One James Plaza Condominium was established in the 1980s. We are self-managed and run by a board of directors of 5 elected members. Our place was originally known as The Trylon, and we still maintain that name on our shore residence. The Trylon is an oceanfront property consisting of three buildings. Building A is a 3-story structure with 17 Units including 3 large efficiencies, 10 single-bedroom, and 4 two-bedroom units. Building B, the original building on our property, is a two-story building consisting of 11 first-floor efficiencies and 11 lofts with ocean views. The final area is building C and it includes a 4-bedroom apartment on the first floor, The second floor has 2 oceanfront single-bedroom units and 2 ocean-view single-bedroom units with balconies. This is duplicated on the third floor.

The property amenities include an inground pool with a baby pool, a large courtyard that offers 3 gas grills, and one flat-top gas grill for guests and unit owners. an outdoor 65” flat-screen television mounted in the courtyard used for movies and sporting events and lots of space games with seating and tables for outdoor eating. Washers and dryers are conveniently located on two floors. High-speed wireless internet is supplied throughout the facility.

Off-street parking is provided at one space per unit.

The North Wildwood / Cape May area of the Jersey Shore is an outstanding place to live or vacation. The beach is directly across the street with a simple walk. The famous Wildwood Boardwalk begins to the south, just a short walk of three blocks. The Wildwoods offer numerous community events, festivals, activities, and a wide offering of restaurants for all tastes.

All units are privately owned. Many owners rent their units during the season, and many units are maintained for owners' personal enjoyment. Our owners are friendly and enjoy the social environment with other owners and returning guests.
