One James Plaza Condominium Association. Also known as The Trylon. We consist of a group of 48 individually owned units. facing the ocean. We have a fabulous view of North Wildwood Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Many owners rent their units ranging from a few days to multiple weeks at a time. Many owners maintain the property for personal use. Units are not rented from the central office. Owners rent on their own or use their own agent to rent their units. Our web page has access for association members to view important governing documents rules and regulations, financial documents, and other association information. There is also access limited to our current Board of Director's operational information.

Condominium rules in brief include:

Pool hours are 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM with management discretion.
Pool rules include No Glass in the pool area and following the listed rules on the gate. (North Wildwood and NJ State usage rules for pools apply)
Common space limited noise begins at 11:00 PM.
One parking space per unit.
Bicycle storage is allowed in specific areas only.
Lawn chairs and beach equipment are not allowed to be stored in the courtyard area.
Pets must be kept on a leash when traveling through common space.

Association Approved and distributed Parking Permits must be displayed on vehicles parked on our grounds.
Rental unit parking permits must include the check-in and check-out date.
Parked vehicles must be fully in a parking space. All bike racks on vehicles must be empty and not block any passage or present a possible hazard.
Grill usage includes cleaning up after completion and common courtesy using these items is expected.
Courtyard television usage is dictated by the owners.
Children's behavior is the responsibility of the parents or guardians.
